MEET THE FOUNDER

Liza Molnar

Founder of HLM

I have always been interested in what something could become.

Especially in a world that increasingly rewards the surface - faster, louder, more visible, more disposable. We are surrounded by things designed to capture attention, yet people are still looking for something harder to find: meaning, connection and something that's feel real.

That is where my work begins.

I work in two ways: Meaning Design - finding what’s true underneath and Potential Design - seeing what could be, and closing the gap to it.

My background in fashion design taught me to decode culture and build worlds.

Project management taught me how to make them real finding the right people, giving direction, connecting the pieces and holding a vision from idea to execution.

Over time, I realised I wasn't choosing between the creative and the strategic.

I was meant to hold both.

I believe in ideas worth putting into the world, ideas that create meaning, invite connection and leave something behind.

That is why I built HLM.

A space for meaning.
For potential.
For ideas worth saying.

And for the worlds they could become.

I have always been interested in what something could become.
